A go/no-go checklist is a final structured review before you start spending real time and money on the build. It's not about finding reasons to stop — it's about making sure the plan is complete, the risks are named, and the decision to proceed is deliberate rather than just the result of momentum.

By this point in the pathway, you've done significant work: validation, strategy, MVP definition, journey design, build planning, and risk assessment. The checklist synthesises all of that into a structured review. Have the key elements been addressed? Are there gaps in the plan that would create problems if not resolved before the build starts?
