This is the final review before you commit to the build. Everything in this pathway has been building to this point: validation evidence, strategy, MVP definition, journey design, build planning, and risk assessment. This exercise asks you to look at the whole thing together and make the plan final.
A final review isn't just a formality. It's a last opportunity to catch inconsistencies between parts of the plan that were developed separately — a scope that exceeds the budget, a timeline that doesn't account for all the technical risks, a success criterion that doesn't actually connect to the core hypothesis. These inconsistencies are common, and they're much better discovered here than mid-build.
