You've done validation work. Now, before jumping into planning, it's worth pausing to read what that work is actually telling you. Most founders have a sense of the story they want to tell about their evidence — and that story sometimes glosses over inconvenient signals. This exercise is a deliberate pause to look at the data honestly.

The evidence from validation doesn't always point clearly in one direction. Sometimes one audience showed strong interest while another gave polite but shallow responses. Sometimes the problem you tested was confirmed, but the specific solution you had in mind wasn't. These nuances matter for how you plan the next stage.
