Every digital product has technical risk. Things that could go wrong with the technology you’re relying on. Pieces that could break, costs that could spike, dependencies that could disappear, security holes you haven’t found.
Most technical risk doesn’t cause dramatic failures. It produces quieter problems — slow degradations, expensive surprises, frustrated users, lost trust.
