After a few weeks of research, founders usually have a pile of stuff. Notes, transcripts, screenshots, survey responses, support tickets, product analytics. Plenty of evidence.

Insight is the bridge between “we heard a lot of things” and “we now know enough to make a confident choice.” It’s not just summarising what users said. It’s identifying the patterns that matter, the parts of the picture that surprised you, and the decisions those patterns imply.
