Not all problems are worth building a product around. Some are real but too infrequent to support a business. Some are genuinely painful but affect too few people to reach. Some feel urgent in conversation and then never get prioritised when it comes to actual spending or behaviour change.
This exercise puts your problem through a structured assessment against the signals that separate problems worth solving from those that are merely tolerable. It won't give you a definitive answer — nothing at this stage will — but it will show you clearly where your evidence is thin and where the strongest challenges to your idea actually sit.
