One of the things that makes digital businesses genuinely different is leverage — the ability to do more with the same amount of input. But leverage doesn't happen automatically just because your product is software. It has to be designed in. And it helps to know where it could live before you commit to a particular shape of product.
This exercise asks you to map the specific places where scale, automation, or distribution could amplify your effort. Not in general terms — but concretely, in this idea. Where could your product serve ten times as many users without ten times the work? What could be automated? How might the product spread without you doing the spreading?
