This sounds obvious, but a lot of people arrive at this point and still don't make a clean decision. They say things like "we're going to move forward, but we'll reassess as we go" or "we'll keep testing while we build." That's not a decision — it's a way of avoiding one. Decisions have consequences. They close off other options. That's not a bug; that's what makes them useful.
